Valerie (Capers) Workman, Esq. serves as Global Franchising Executive with Expertise in International Contracting and Regulatory Risk Management; Contract Administration.

Valerie is responsible for international property and casualty insurance compliance and administration processes for 5,000 offices in over 65 countries (coverage requirements, additional insured provisions, and legal entity/DBA requirements). Managed the drafting, execution and delivery of non- compliance notifications for over 5,000 domestic and international franchise agreements. Developed business requirements and led the development and implementation of a proprietary compliance tracking and reporting IT system. Member - Diversity & Inclusion Executive Committee.

Valerie led all strategic marketing programs for the organization under the Artistic Direction of Wynton Marsalis. Annual subscription and single ticket sales for New York City performances at 1000 seat venue. Worked with promoters across the U.S. and globally to promote Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra concerts in cities around the world. Managed sponsorships with Fortune 500 corporations (American Express, Discover Card, Ford and GM) and co-managed grants administration of the support from major foundations.

Mrs. Workman is he Co-Founder of the Morris County Track Club is an AAU & USATF-registered competitive club member in the New Jersey Association. The Morris County Track Club is an unincorporated association formed for youth athletes who want to compete in track meets sanctioned by national organizations like the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union), USATF (United States Track & Field, the governing body for track and field, long-distance running and race walking in the United States). As an AAU affiliated organization; the Morris County Track Club is recognized as tax exempt (501c3) under the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S. Inc.'s group determination ruling.

Valerie has been married for 18 years to her high school sweetheart, Antonio, Privacy Program Manager for the U.S. Government Printing Office in Washington, DC. Antonio and Valerie have three sons, Marcus Xavier Workman, a sophomore in high school and Desmond David Workman, a freshman in high school and Rawle James Workman, a fifth grader.
