Anselm Le Bourne
One of the most impressive performances at the 2011 World Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Sacramento during July in which Anselm won the 50–54 division races at both 800m (2:01:30) and 1500m (4:15.87). Earlier in the year, LeBourne set American indoor records at those distances with 1:59.92 and 4:13.60 efforts. In June, he recorded an outdoor 800m of 1:59.33, unofficially making him the oldest person on record to break 2:00 for the distance. 8 Times World Record Holder in Masters Track and Field

Elliott Lightfoot
Track Sprints / Consultant
Elliott Lightfoot was named the Montclair State head coach for the men's and women's track and field program in November 2012.
Lightfoot came to Montclair State following a very successful coaching and administrative career at his alma mater, Lincoln University where he spent the last five years as Assistant Athletic Director handling all of the day-to-day functions of Manuel Rivero Hall, facility scheduling, coordinating game event management and supervising work study students.
In addition to his duties as Assistant Athletic Director, Lightfoot was also a dual-sport coach with both the Lions’ football and nationally-ranked track and field squads. He served as the special teams and wide receivers coach with the football team and was the sprint coach during the track and field seasons.
A five-time All-American during his days at Lincoln, Lightfoot was a member of the Lions’ first NCAA Division III national championship outdoor team in 1985. Lightfoot, who received a degree in physical education, ran the 100, 200, 400, 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 at Lincoln. Lightfoot was named captain of the team as a sophomore. During his junior year at the Colonial Relays, Lightfoot won the sprint-medley relay and the 4 x 200 race. Lightfoot ran in a Championship of America race at Penn Relays. Lightfoot also served as head football coach at Sto-Rox High School in Pittsburgh and Milwaukee’s Harold S. Vincent High. Lightfoot earned City Coach of the Year honors at Vincent after guiding his team to the first round of the Milwaukee state tournament and winning the city championship.
Lightfoot also served as the assistant track coach at Vincent where he helped the 2003 and 2005 teams win Wisconsin state championships. Also, the 2002 and 2004 teams finished second. Lightfoot was an assistant coach at Valley Forge Military Academy.

For Rider University Coach Lado was a 3 time MAAC conference champion in the 400 meter hurdles and qualified for IC4A's 10 times in various events, including: 400 meter hurdles, 500 meter dash, 4x800, and 4x400.

Owner / Operator of S.W.E.A.T. (Strategic Weight Energy Activity Training) Performance Center. In the fitness industry for over 10 years, personal trainer Damien Johnson is considered an expert in his field. As a personal trainer he has worked with clients from all ages and levels ranging from children to celebrities to professional athletes. Damien has an undying passion for fitness, a thirst for knowledge and always wanting to be challenged which he then passes along to everyone encounters. He has appeared in newspapers and local radio speaking about the importance of health and fitness. As a personal trainer, coach, leader, published author and motivational speaker Damien is an ambassador to the health and fitness community.
