AWARDS RELEASE
Morris County, New Jersey, April 8, 2015 – Through the gift of an anonymous donor the Morris County Track Club (“MCTC”) will make 15 MCTC Club Registration Scholarships available for youth runners (eleven of the scholarships will be designated for female athletes). The Scholarships are for the 2015 Spring Season, which runs from April through August. All scholarship recipients must be youth athletes, boys and girls, who are between the ages of nine and twelve. The entry deadline is Sunday, April 19th.

MCTC @ USATF Hershey Youth Indoor Championship
Morris County Track Club had 7 athletes that participated at the USATF Hershey Youth Indoor Championship Meet on March 13th-15th in Landover, MD. Congratulations to all the athletes who qualified to compete on this national stage. This is a great accomplishment. It's not an easy task to get to this level of competition and all that competed and medaled should be proud of this accomplishment.

USATF Honors Local 2014 Junior Olympians
USATF Honors Two Local Junior Olympians as 2014 Athletes of the Year
United States America Track and Field (USATF), New Jersey, honored Matias Pellegrino of Denville and Nana Agyemang of Parsippany as Junior Olympic Athletes of the Year during their 23rd Annual Awards Banquet held Saturday, 1/17/2015. The banquet was held at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. Both Athletes are part of the Morris County Track Club.

United States T&F NJ Junior Olympic Meet Record
Matias Pellegrino of Denville, New Jersey won 1st place in the Midget Boys Long Jump with a record jump of 5.18 meters (17 feet) at the 2012 United States Track and Field NJ Junior Olympic T&F Championships.

Please arrive at 5:30pm to sign up.
Fee is approx $175 ($25 per session for 7 sessions.)
Rate will vary depending upon the number of participants. Pay Velocity directly. MCTC does not make money from these sessions. Minimum age is 8 years old.
